What does the OiB network have to offer?
Membership of the Opportunity network allows you to consult an expert adviser and sparring partner, utilise various tools, and gain exclusive access to practical, real-life expertise.
Our network also allows you to attend a variety of meetings and workshops and participate in various research groups, where you will encounter other organisations facing the same challenges as your own. Opportunity network participants share their good practices, their ideas, and their practical experience. The expert speakers at our network meetings address specific topics and answer questions by participants that test their theories against the reality of everyday practice.
In short, membership will not only help you understand the problems within your own organisation, but also serve as a source of inspiration, information and – above all else – real-life opportunities to implement your diversity policy.
Organisations can affiliate themselves with OIB in three ways. The membership category determines the degree to which Opportunity provides a one-to-one service and the member’s level of access to the Opportunity network. Participating organisations have full access to Opportunity’s member network, its knowledge resources and all its activities. That access is more limited for Opportunity’s expert members and friends.
