Becoming a member of the OiB network
By becoming a member of OIB, you join a network of almost fifty prestigious and progressive organisations. Opportunity’s good practices, meetings, tools and advice inspire these members to take practical steps and to change their organisational culture. Participants pay a fixed annual fee, with the amount depending on the number of employees. If a holding company becomes a member of Opportunity, its operating companies can still join the network separately, but they then pay a reduced fee.
In addition to employers, Opportunity also has two other membership categories: experts (for example recruitment and selection agencies, research institutes) and “friends”, i.e. organisations that feel an affinity with Opportunity‘s ideas.
